Family support sessions

What to expect in a session

Each 3x sessions are tailored to you and your family, combining nervous system work, practical parenting tools, and reflection on patterns of behaviours and triggers, This is how it usually unfolds:

  1. Check In & understanding - We start by exploring what’s coming up for you, your triggers, and what might be getting in the way of calm and connection.

  2. Nervous system Tools - together, we practice techniques to regulate your nervous system, helping you feel held, grounded, and resourced.

  3. Exploring Patterns & Parenting Responses - We look at why you parent the way you do, exploring childhood imprints and emotional patterns that show up in your family life.

  4. Practical Parenting skills - We work on applying tools in your everyday life, supporting you to respond instead of react, and to navigate triggers with intention.

  5. Ripple Effect - Most work starts with the parent (Mum), because calm and connection ripple naturally to children and the wider family. When the time is right we can bring the whole family in together in session or just your partner, to practice these tools together.

Sessions can be individual, parent focused, or include the whole family, depending on what’s needed and the goals we set together. Every session is safe practical, and designed to leave you feeling supported, empowered, and ready to bring more calm into your life.

1x 60 minute session via zoom = $130

3x 60 minute sessions via zoom = $350 (please specify on booking that you want the 3x package)

What happens after the first three sessions?

The first three sessions are often the most impactful, they give us space to explore what’s happening in your family system, hear everyon’s voices, and begin building shared goals and tools.

Follow up sessions may be needed to help your family integrate these tools and keep building on your progress. Every family moves at their own pace, and ongoing support can make a big difference in deepening connection.

In follow up sessions, we might:

  • Make meaning out of daily situations that arise in daily life

  • Re-negotiate roles between parents and children when change arises.

  • explore the family hierarchy and what might need to shift to strengthen the system.

  • Develop family rituals that nurture connection.

These sessions create space to keep refining, strengthening, and embedding the changes, so your family finds a steadier rhythm and flow together.
